Omaze - Bought an item for xmas

I bought a flask for my husband for xmas and never received it. Was sent many different tracking numbers but in the end was told it was lost in transit and they had no more in stalk. Called visa and ended up with a full refund but it ruined my xmas!! This is a scam and if it wasn't for visa I would of lost $220
