I bought an autographed posted from RDJ in April 2015. Months later I contacted them for an update and was informed that it was delayed due to the custom personalization of the item.

In JANUARY 2016 I received the poster...it had been packaged so badly that it was damaged in transit. Plus, the autograph was NOT from RDJ (three printed letters RDJ). It was signed by someone, but not RDJ (collectors know). Contacted Omaze again & was told no more autographed posters and was offered another un-autographed, matted, framed print - I agreed.

A week later I receive an folded, bent envelope stuffed in my mailbox. Contacted Omaze again, they said they didn't know why that print was sent because my framed print was in route. I don't think anyone over there has any idea what they are doing. It is certainly buyer beware.

Note to collectors...you will NOT get a certificate of authenticity...chances are your item will not even be signed by the celebrity promised. I'll never participate in an Omaze auction again.

Reason of review: Taken advantage of.

Monetary Loss: $2000.

Preferred solution: I want Omaze to stop preying on collectors and fans until they fix their very serious systemic problems. Their delays, damages, and deceptions are in very bad taste and are turning what could be a great venture in to a farce..

Omaze Cons: Six months to receive poster, Poster arrived damaged, Poster not autographed by celebrity, No certificate of authenticity.

Location: Houston, Texas
