I can't reset my password

I called your number then an automated message said this is not a number goodbye When I tried to reset my password online it just keeps going back to the start again and again Its incredibly infuriating Please can someone call me on 0750066**** or email me on janegosling62@***.com I pay my subscription by DD every month so why am I having so much trouble?
