Disappointed
Contacted Omaze after receiving an email informing me I had won a £10 prize after a recent draw. I wanted to confirm this was a legitimate email and not a scam?
Omaze is a scam
Should have read the comments here before participating, but had a similar experience as the rest of the people here.
It appears their all winners are fabricated. Try to search for any people who had the experience with their advertised contests, twitter, reddit anywhere, there's 2 people in entire internet who has talked about their experience out of thousands contests they do every year.
All their winners look the same, mostly middle aged men, few older women, have the same professional "happiness" when told, and then have a blurb about celebrity they won with something vaguely relating why would they be interested in it. You search for those names in celebrity's followers list and they don't exist, there's no social media from them, no one has ever tweeted omg i won omaze contest, no established real people social media accounts in thise age of day for ANY contests?
they make up winners, real fans, real people who actually donated never win. Do not bother wasting money on this sham.

I enter Omaze and a number of similar sites (including the national lottery).
I've been subscribed to Omaze for over a year. Only now have I realised that they have an option to register and 'manage' your account through their platform.
Upon doing so, I realised that I had actually won a small cash prize about 5 months prior; however, they only give you 2 months to claim the prize and then it 'expires'. I spoke to their support on Facebook who said you have to check it every month or you risk losing it.
This is not made clear on the site or in the emails.
Absolute con.
Cancelled and now using the money on lottery tickets. At least they actually pay you when you win.

Omaze have been taking £30.00 from my account every month but I don't think I have been included in the monthly draw as I have heard nothing from you. I should have got a new entry number every month
I would like to SPEAK to somebody at Omaze. I have written before but had no response, I have not found a telephone number that I can call to Omaze in order to speak to a human body.

Omaze initially took £10 for one draw from January up until April where they took 2 draws 2x£10, then in May 3x £10 from my bank account.
In total, £70 extra was taken from my account. I'm not happy about this!

You ask for a aera code in the front of a mobile number i dont know of a area code in front of a mobile number and that iis stopping me sending a e-mail to Omaze
I filled my details and complaint to Omaze in the email box, answered all the questions with the answers, but when it came to the mobile box asking for an area code, how can I put something in there that does not exist? From barrysteans@***.com.

Took £60 for a £15 special deal!
I got an email from Omaze saying that I could have £60 worth of entry tickets for £15. Went ahead and purchased them and omaze took full £60 not £15.
Ive tried emailing multiple times with no response.
I cant afford to lose £45. Customer service is non existent so Im trying the Gambling Commission instead

Can’t cancel subscription online
The 'Simply login to your account and click Cancel Subscription' option doesn't exist!
I've blocked the payments in my bank instead.

I can't find a contact number or a link to cancel my subscription. It's very annoying. They are quick enough to sign you up, but they make cancellation hard.

Scammers avoid!!!
Disguising how you have taken £10x4 out of my account, when you try to cancel it, it's not allowed and it comes up with an error 2023. I cannot contact them, it's disgusting!
How many people are you doing this to? I'm filing an official complaint to get you people shut down!

Took my money but didn't supply tickets on special offer ending Sunday. No reply to multiple emails.
No. I feel they cannot be trusted.
I am not aware of another company doing this sort of draw, where they take your money but do not offer the purchased tickets so you are not put in the draw. Reeks of scamming.
Paid £35.00 for a special offer. They have taken the money from my bank but no tickets were issued and no receipt was issued, nor was an entry code.
I tried multiple emails but there was no reply. There is no apparent phone number or other way to contact them. The offer ends in 3 days' time. Where are my tickets?
I have contributed several times now, but I don't trust them now.
Omaze, please send me my tickets or refund my money. I am disappointed that you have made no effort to resolve the problems.

Need to cancel my subscription
Good morning, I am afraid that I am going to have to cancel my subscription to Omaze as I can no longer afford to pay £20 per month.
I am having to make savings where I can, as the constraints on my income are becoming very difficult.

I am greatly concerned about hidden truth about how may people buys the ticket? no transparencies. They are not publishing the winners details.
I totally agree myself and 2 other friends bought tickets after waiting for a long time to then here they closed the draw due to not enough ticket sales but none of us received our tickets money back.
